Taking on your hearing health care

If you’ve recently moved to the area and have no hearing care support or are not happy with your current care provider, we can help you with one of our hearing care packages (HCPs).

Basic £50
Our basic package will check the physical health of your ears, clean and service your hearing aids and replace domes and filters or tubes. Please note, we’re unable to service NHS aids.

Mid £125
Our mid range package includes everything in the basic package, but with the added benefit of adjustments to your hearing aids or first programming, if you have an up-to-date audiogram. We are unable to adjust NHS or SpecSavers hearing aids.

Advanced £495
Our advanced package will include a full hearing assessment, a service of your hearing aids and a full 12 months of programming adjustments. In addition, you’ll be entitled to a free wax removal appointment.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to take on NHS or SpecSavers hearing aids.

Ear Impressions

For clients who are looking to purchase hearing protection, custom sleep plugs, musicians’ in-ear monitors or swimmers’ ear plugs, we are happy to do the custom impressions that are required.

We charge £55 for this service.

We ask that you ensure your ears are clear of wax or occluding skin before the appointment, as a charge for clinic time will still be made.

Home Visits

We understand that it’s not always possible to get into our centre for an initial test or for regular hearing aid servicing.

We currently charge £125 for an initial home visit for a full hearing assessment. This will be deducted from the cost of any hearing aids that we subsequently dispense for you. Your home assessment fee will also include a year of aftercare appointments.

We charge £75 for home visits, for both hearing aid servicing and re-assessments.

Please note, both charges are payable prior to your consultation.

Tinnitus is the sensation of hearing a sound, when there is no external source for that sound. This can include ringing, buzzing, whistling or hissing sounds in your ears.

At your tinnitus consultation you can expect the following:

  • A thorough medical history
  • Physical examination of your ears
  • An assessment of your hearing levels
  • An open discussion with advice and the development of a personalised tinnitus management plan

The cost of your tinnitus consultation, which will typically take around 60 minutes, is £125
